1. What is MBRCLD?

Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development is a center launched by his Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in 2003 offering development programs that are in line with the leadership requirements of today and tomorrow

2. How will MBRCLD add value to my career?

The center will provide strong and diversified networking opportunities locally and globally. The Center provides its participants coaching hours with experts and Executive Coaches in Leadership to overcome challenges and manage change in their career

3. What are the leadership competencies MBRCLD relies on?

The center relies on the Mohammed Bin Rashid leadership framework that was developed based on global leadership competencies and learnings from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AL Maktoum

4. What kind of services does the Center provide for graduates?

To ensure the continuous development of the center’s graduates, the center provides services on the center’s electronic platform, which provide many leadership services and supporting programs after graduation to ensure permanent and continuous communication

5. What is the duration of the various leadership programs at the Center?

The Programs duration range from 9 months to 18 months depending on the specific program

6. What kind of services does the Center provide for graduates?

The Centre will provide a range of services that are both bespoke to the individual graduates in specific program and networking opportunities that are exceptional in their mode of delivery.

7. What are the languages used in the programs?

All the programs are conducted in English

8. What are the registration steps?

"First: Registration via the website (100 candidates will be selected to move to the second stage)Second: Evaluation Centers Interviews Third: Final personal interviews (selecting the 30 affiliates to start the program)"

9. Who are the program partners?

The Center cooperates with a selection of the best universities and leading international centers in the field of leadership development

10. What kind of training can be expected as part of the program ?

We offer a rich variety of training, development, mentoring and coaching to help boost leadership abilities. Training is based on the 70/20/10 approach: 70% on-the-job training, 20% learning through mentoring, coaching and feedback, and 10% via formal training courses. A majority of the learning in the program will be linked to a current challenge each participant is facing in their day job.

1. What is the Impactful Leaders Program?

The Impactful Leader Program is a 9 month program designed to be an avant-garde experience that challenges leaders to move outside their comfort zone. It is a journey that is delivered by local and global experts. The modules of the program have been carefully curated and contextualized to be readily applicable to the local context of Dubai and the UAE.

2. What are the Registration requirements to enter the program?

• Hold a UAE national citizenship
• Visionary and an achiever of the vision of your entity
• Plays a key role in developing and/or implementing your entity's strategy
• Leads a successful team

3. When does MBRCLD open its registration for the Impactful Leaders Program?

The registration for the program will be announced on the center's social media accounts.

4. What is the cost of Joining the program?

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will cover the costs of the program
- Does not include the cost of travel tickets, accommodation and other expenses for the country trip (the affiliate must cover the travel costs or the employer does so)

5. What is the time commitment that participants have to make in order to get the most value out of this leadership development experience?

In order for a participant and his/her fellow learners get the greatest value out of this experience, participants will need to commit to attending all the modules and completing all the assignments. This will include approximately 22 days of class room training and experiential / project based training spread over a period of 9 months with a break for Ramadan.

6. I have a disability / long-term health condition, should I include this on my application form?

MBRCLD welcomes applications from suitable candidates from all backgrounds. We do not require that candidates with disabilities / long-term health conditions disclose this to us. However we recommend you inform us at the application stage of any required support or reasonable adaptations you need during the recruitment and selection process.

7. Where will the Impactful Leaders Program take place, and if there will be any travel requirements, how long will it be?

The program will be conducted in Dubai. Travel may be required and will not exceed more than two weeks.

8. What is the duration of the program?

9 months "requires attendance of 20 working days during the 9 months - does not include the international flight"4 days - 1 international flight

9. How can I join the Impactful Leaders Program?

You need to login to the portal portal.mbrcld.ae from your computer or your mobile and complete your registration, then you can chose the program and follow the steps to enroll.As part of the application process you will receive a report that will help you make more informed career choices as you move forward. Selected applicants will move forward to the assessment stage. The candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment center that will last between 4-5 hours. A final shortlist will then be invited to enroll (maximum of 35 participants), complete some pre-work and participate in the program.

10. How long does it take to complete the registration process take?

It is our estimate that the form will take between 45-60 minutes to complete. The gamified assessment will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

11. I have completed the application form but not finished the gamified assessment. What should I do?

Please ensure you finish both the application form and the gamified assessment. Your registration is only complete when you have completed both parts in full. We will not be in a position to consider incomplete applications.

12. When will participants hear of the results of their application?

Participants will hear from us by email regarding the outcome of their application within 30 working days

13. Can I retake the online assessment?

Unfortunately, you cannot retake the assessment.

14. If was not selected to join the program, can I apply again?

Yes, you can apply for the Impactful Leaders Program again the following year. You may also consider applying to other programs that are offered by the MBRCLD.

15. I’m having problems submitting my application form online. What should I do?

The overall outcomes of the Impactful Leader Program is to enable leaders to:Understand their mission as leaders in Dubai ,use future foresight to imagine new possibilities,energize and empower their teams ,establish important global and local networks , and create innovation for Dubai

18. I was not successful in the program selection. Which segment have I not fulfilled?

MBRCLD receives a high number of applicants for its programs and only a carefully selected few are chosen. We encourage all future applicants to focus on showcasing their high impact achievements in the registration form

19. What is the Dubai Leaders Program?

The Dubai Leaders Program “was designed based on the model of the Mohammed bin Rashid model for Leadership that focuses on eight basic units in addition to personal development, global guidance for applied projects, training on leadership prescription, achieving new strategic destinations, with the aim of developing government competencies nominated by general managers in Dubai departments, with the aim of ensuring the presence of qualified leaders who are able to continue building with the same spirit and with the same leadership culture.The program is implemented in partnership with elite group of partners specialized in the field of leadership.
